Utilizing the most current medical information regarding COVID-19, leadership is assessing when and how to safely reopen our campus for Sunday morning services, meetings, and events. Watch for updates!

In doing this, you will see regular update videos that will give you timely, helpful, inspiring, edifying and sometimes funny videos that will keep you up-to-the-minute with regard to your church family.

FROM OUR FAITH COMMUNITY NURSING TEAM
In the midst of the Coronavirus Outbreak, FCN wants to remind you to continue with safe and healthy practices. These include:
Stay close to God in your daily spiritual disciplines.
Avoid exhaustion and over-exertion.
Use good hygiene practices such as frequent handwashing and bathing.
Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Avoid excess processed carbohydrates, especially simple sugars.
Continue to get adequate exercise daily.
Ensure you at getting a minimum of 7 hours of sleep.
Also, stay at home as much as possible during this time to slow the spread of the virus. If sick, stay home completely until any symptoms have disappeared.
Stay up to date on recommendations from the Center for Disease Control.
