Psalms 133-134: Unity and Blessing

Psalms 133 and 134 are the last two Psalms of Ascent. Psalm 133 focuses on the importance of unity among God’s people. Living in unity does not mean we will agree on everything, but we must be eager to maintain unity in the Spirit.
Psalm 134 is a hymn of praise. As pilgrims are departing, they see the Levites working through the night to keep prescribed Temple worship continuing. The Levites respond with an abbreviated Aaronic blessing to conclude the Psalms of Ascent.
