1 Corinthians 1:22-24: The Power of God in Christ

The world around us makes light of the cross of Jesus Christ by claiming that Jesus has not fully proven himself or that there are many other ways to live a fulfilling life. We are here today to refute those assertions.  As we commemorate the Lord’s Table, we are reminded that Christ’s death reveals to us the power of God and the wisdom of God. He is the Son of God, and his ways alone produce lasting joy.
